Observation and utility are two fundamental parts of the Alex Hellum company ethos. With this in mind, we have chosen to offer a bespoke service to customers who would like a little further input in their product.

The products and furniture sold in the Alex Hellum collection are made in small batches; this allows us the opportunity to offer a bespoke product service, working to customer specification on size, colour and finish. For example, the Vic chair is designed to a specific golden section, and has standard dimensions of 390w x 450d x 800h. However, if you would like this chair designed for your own golden section, for a small extra cost we will take your measurements and design the chair to fit. Some products only come in standard specifications, but as a general rule, we are always open to conversation.

This bespoke service also extends to interior projects taken on by the Alex Hellum Studio. We work closely with interior designers to provide them with tailored solutions. Whether it is modifying products from our own range, or designing new products for use, we are in principle a flexible design company who works in context.
